I have been handling all Project Reports and document preparation and liaison on all levels in the bank. Expert knowledge of preparation of Project Report, CMA Data and all bank finance related matters. Have keen interest in hand holding and nurturing SME clients. Clients include leading Pepsi Bottler, Raymond’s sole distributor, Real Estate Companies, Manufacturing Companies for Locks, PE tubes for cosmetic Industry, Shoe manufacturers, Hospital etc. I have also successfully run a KPO for over 4 years which was part of NY based Mortgage Bank namely Global Home Loans and Finance which was later taken over by Concord Mortgage Corporation. Activities involved End to End solution for Home Loans in USA which includes lead generation/ Live Transfers, Appraisal, Titles, Credit pulls, Processing and closing the loans from India.
